The 57-floor building was designed by the Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, known for their innovative and unconventional projects. “The cantilevered floor slabs create a visually striking appearance that challenges traditional notions of skyscraper design,” says John Harris, an architectural critic. “It’s a bold statement in the Manhattan skyline, merging art and architecture in a seamless way.”
