Beirut Terraces is a luxurious high-rise building located in the central district of Beirut, Lebanon. Completed in 2017, the building stands tall with 27 floors and is known for its striking architectural design.

The unique design of Beirut Terraces was conceived by the renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron. Its defining feature is the series of cascading terraces and overhangs that create a layered effect, giving the impression of stacked platforms.

Primarily a residential building, Beirut Terraces houses 130 spacious and unique apartments. The ground floor includes retail spaces, adding vibrancy to the surrounding environment. The design incorporates several key elements, such as overhangs that provide shade and extensive use of double-glazed facades to enhance energy efficiency.

The futuristic building’s completion in 2017 was a challenging task due to its intricate design. Nevertheless, it stands as a remarkable addition to Beirut’s landscape. “The cascading terraces offer residents not only privacy but also ample outdoor space, which is rare in urban high-rise living,” says architectural expert Dr. Youssef Nassar. “It’s a brilliant example of how innovative design can combine luxury with functionality.”

Beirut Terraces’ focus on outdoor spaces, energy efficiency, and its prime location makes it a highly desirable address. As *urban planner Rania Khaled* explains, “The building sets a new standard for sustainable and luxury living in Beirut, showcasing the potential for high-end architecture to enhance the urban experience.”
